Audience:

This course is for students who are already qualified in GL5555 Certified imVision Support Specialist and hold a valid certificate. It provides the process to recertify your CISS qualification. Students qualified in CISS need to complete this process within one year of qualifying in GL5555 and/or completing the GL5555R previously in order to maintain their CISS qualified status.

Pre-requisite experience:

It is mandatory for you to have previously completed the ​​GL5555 course before enrolling on GL5555R, thereafter you will use this course to recertify every 12 months.

Mandatory Student requirement:

This course does not have its own course content or workshops. Unlike other courses, it is a certification maintenance process, and students must have successfully completed at least two imVision webinars within their 12 month certification period to comply. Please ensure you have completed the webinars prior to enrolling on this course

How will I learn?

The GL5555R format enables the student to keep up to date with imVision developments via the quarterly imVision webinars. The webinars cover new features and software updates. The GL5555R is designed to confirm that students have completed at least two of these webinars. Students are encouraged to complete all of them to keep fully up to date.

Upon successful completion you will:

An updated certificate recognizing the student as recertified as Certified imVision Support Specialist (CISS), Partners will also be updated in the ‘Partner Program Database’ for another year. Recertification is required within 1 year using the GL5555R Certified imVision Support Specialist Recertification process.

For those students who are employees of CommScope partners, and who have successfully completed the GL5555, plus ALL of the quarterly webinars available, the Advanced imVision Support Specialist (AISS) badge is issued and remains valid provided the student continues to complete all imVision webinars and training.
