It looks at fiber types, connectors, apparatus, termination, design, losses, installation, planning, inspection and testing, to provide a broad education on all areas of Broadband Access and FTTx infrastructures.

Pre-requisite experience
The SP4420 Fiber Optic Infrastructure Specialist course is recommended to students in conjunction with this course.
